    Placing an order with us is easy! Simply browse our collection, choose the items you love, select the desired size, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order securely.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently only offer EFT/bank payments. Please use your order number as the Reference when making payment so that we can link it to your order.

  3. How do I track my order?
    After your order is processed, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment.

  4. How long does shipping take?

  5. What's your return policy?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, our hassle-free return policy allows you to return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.     Absolutely! Not all the products that we offer are on our website. If you would like a product not on our site, you can email us with the details and size required and we will come back to you.

  7. Are your products officially licensed?
    Yes, we take pride in offering officially licensed sports merchandise. This ensures that you receive authentic and high-quality products.

  8. Do you offer international shipping?
    We only offer local shipping anywhere in South Africa. However, if you require international shipping, you are welcome to arrange your couriers to collect from us. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
